NDIS Employment Support Services
Divine Divergence Support Services provides support to NDIS participants with reaching employment or self-employment goals, I am neurodiverse friendly with a strong focus on self-empowerment and building skills around looking for work, sustaining employment and navigating barriers by thinking outside of the box

Services
Services provided under NDIS include both Employment Support and Supports in Employment, these are primarily provided online but can also be done in person. It is generally more cost-effective to do online when a session is going to involve a lot of computer work and online activities. Private clients are also welcome and a custom employment support plan can be created as per your individual needs.

Employment Support
Employment Support - Capacity Building
Employment Support is provided to clients looking for work and not yet employed. As per NDIS requirements this can include exploration of what work means to you, building foundation skills for work, navigating barriers, looking at ways to customise jobs, career planning and assistance with engaging with a DES provider.

Support in Employment
Specialised Employment Support - Core
Supports in Employment are provided to NDIS participants who are already employed or self-employed. This is generally provided when DES is not a suitable option or more intensive support is required. Primarily I provide support under this category when a participant is self-employed and requires help with running a micro business.
