More About Me

It has become my passion to find ways to support people with autism in particular back into the employment market, there are so many different options and ways to work that many have not considered a possibility until they are given more information. Planning a way forward and increasing peoples capacity and motivation to succeed has been extremely rewarding.

I am very conscious that people's barriers particularly within the NDIS can mean I find different ways to work with them as well, I have had experience working with those on the spectrum and with complex mental health issues. Often my clients have disengaged with DES and may have been out of work for lengthy periods of time, I enjoy the challenge of finding ways to build capacity, building confidence and offering support to re-engage with services and the community to increase chances of employment.
